Rickey has an ego for a good reason. He's one of the top 50 players of all time. Definitely the greatest leadoff hitter of all time. You can say it's over when he fails to produce runs for his team. That hasn't happened. His batting average dipped last year. So what? He produced more than 75 runs, and helped take yet another team to the post season. He's won 3 world series titles! 6 pennants! I think he's got some wisdom for the young guys to learn from. Back off the Rick!

Forget the strikes. Walk him a couple more times, he'll get his record and maybe we'll get rid of him. Ahhhh, who am I kidding?
